Can you ride tandem?
The adventures of one serious biker (Paul Barnes) and one marathon runner and knitter (Susie Hewer) brought together by a tandem to raise money for the Alzheimer's Research Trust and to raise awareness of this devastating disease. Hope the weather's kind to you today Paul - it's pouring with rain down here. Making good progress so far.............but then you are just going for a little bike ride! Keep eating cake, it's much nicer than gels.
